Customizable Training Packages Include:
- Personalized workouts to meet your health and fitness goals. All workouts are tailored to what you need. Hour long training sessions as well as half hour sessions are available.
- Online training is also available. A free gmail account is required to view the content. You can view the workouts on your computer, tablet, mobile phone, or even print them out. Workouts will be modified to fit your convenience including in-home workouts, outdoors, etc.
- Personalized nutrition assistance. Your daily caloric expenditure will be calculated in order to decide your caloric intake. Macronutrient ratios will also be given to help track the amount of protein, carbs, and fat you are eating. Food suggestions and substitution choices can be provided as well, but we cannot produce meal plans.
- Around the clock support. Tyler will be available for contact at any time via phone, text, email, or skype. If you have any questions, concerns, worries or just need motivation, Tyler will be here for support.
- Other benefits include body fat measurements, goal setting, cardio or conditioning programs, progress evaluation, monthly challenges, and helpful information and/or articles along your journey.
