- Needs analysis completed for each athlete (determines what each athlete needs to improve on to dominate their sport)
- Individualized training for each athlete's sport and position
- Increase strength, power, speed, agility, mobility, and prevent injury
- Perfect form when lifting, jumping, landing, cutting, and sprinting
- Testing done periodically to demonstrate progress
- Conditioning determined by the energy systems used in the athlete's sport(s)
- Nutritional breakdown upon request
- One on one , small group, and team coaching available
